In Borisova Gradina, you can't only find lakes with lilies and ducks, but also a lot of monuments. This huge one is a communist monument with a 42m-high obelisk. It was built in 1956 and is also called "The Mount of Brotherhood". Today, some of the represented socialist brothers wear layers of paint or graffiti.
