The fountains

In the background, you can see the National Palace of Culture (NDK). Before the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union startet, the square in front of the building (which hosts most of the conferences and events) was completely refaced. I don't know, how it looked before, but it's very beautiful now and above all, I like the fountains.
