Bulgaria is one of the biggest rose-oil producers in the world. But even if you don't have the opportunity to visit the famous Rose Valley, where roses are cultivated on a big scale and where the Rose Festival takes place in June, you can enjoy the look of the beautiful flowers everwhere at the moment. These ones are growing in the small garden which belongs to the house where I live in.
