This old building, painted with the colours of the Bulgarian flag, stands alongside the Todor Alexandrov Boulevard. The boulevard is one of the biggest in Sofia and named after another freedom fighter (against the Ottoman Empire). It connects the Western part of the city (Lyulin) with the center.
