Complying with the prejudices, there exist street dogs and cats in Bulgaria. At least in Sofia and in Stara Zagora (the only places I know so far). But they often look very healthy and usually, they get food from different people on a regular basis. Concerning these two fellows, I don't know if they even belong to someone. But every time I cross the square in front of the Sveta Nedelya Cathedral, I see them somewhere around, hanging out or defending their territory against pet dogs passing by.
